Downloading and installation instructions:
It is recommended that you print a copy of this page.

  1. Download the file. The file qc13setup.exe [24,816,385 bytes] should be downloaded to you hard drive. Verify that the entire file has been downloaded. Incomplete downloads will result in the program not functioning properly even though the installation is successful. All Windows© versions are available from the same file. (NOTE: Click "Save File" in Netscape)

  2. Remove the older version. The new version QUICKCrossTM DOES NOT overwrite or upgrade your current version. Therefore it is necessary to remove the older version to avoid any conflict. This can be done by going to: Start - All Programs - NTE QUICKCross - Uninstall NTE QUICKCross v.XX (NOTE: XX designates previous version number).

  3. Installing the Software:
    1. Download QUICKCrossTM to the default download directory (i.e. C:\download).
    2. When download is complete, close your browser window.
    3. Go to Start - Run.
    4. At the command line, type path name and "qc13setup", then click OK (i.e. C:\download\qc13setup).
    5. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the installation. (NOTE: Win95 users may experience an "Unable to Access Program Manager" error message. Click on "Cancel" and continue.)
